The former quadrangular courtyard (Vierkanthof) of the Schmidt family. One of the largest of these courtyards in Maříž. The year of the last reconstruction is written on the gate: 1929. It used to have two large barns, but the roofs of them were stolen for material shortly before it was purchased by the new owner in 1995. The living quarters and the former stable have been renovated over the years and the garden has been improved.
